Higher revenue doesn’t always mean your shop is selling more. It may just be that gold prices went up. Raw numbers from the cashier don’t answer that, and working it out by hand every month takes time.
What we built

Upload the cashier backup
Once a month, pick the backup file from the cashier computer. The app reads it on its own until the report is ready.

The home screen opens with an honest summary, for example revenue rose because gold prices rose, not because items sold better.

Each item group lands in Buy now, Watch, Hold off or Stop buying.

What looks off is flagged
Findings about money and leaks are gathered in one place. You just check them.
